As standard our warranties are: 10 year structural, 1 year workmanship warranty and 12 months defects period for any part that is defective through normal use.
What is the energy rating for the builds?

The Building Energy Rating (BER) of each modular building will change depending on building type and specification. However, as standard we target a building energy rating of A-B.

Is KES quicker than traditional build?

Yes, typically what a traditional build would be in months, KES would produce a modular build in weeks.
