In a six-week construction period, KES Group designed and manufactured a 625sqft prefabricated office unit. Equipped with two spacious offices, a storage facility, kitchen and toilet facility. The building features modern cladding systems and high quality glazing, creating a light, comfortable and economical space.

We used a commercial spec laminate floor throughout with a deep wooden skirting painted in a light grey to match the units colour scheme. Walls fully insulated and covered in a vinyl faced plaster board. Equipped with a fully fitted functional kitchen in a light grey to tie in with the rest of the interior. Double glazing is complete throughout with a black frame to create a professional classy internal and external appearance. Due to this build holding exceptional insulation properties an air conditioning system is provided with a remote control system to adapt temperature within the SMARTBUILD prefabricated office. A full electrical package is included throughout with double sockets, data and phone points per workstation.
