Quality Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and uphold the highest standards of product safety and excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of quality control processes, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will drive the implementation of robust quality systems, support operational excellence, and contribute to delivering exceptional products that meet customer expectations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maintaining superior quality standards, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities

  • Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement and maintain project-specific quality plans, policies, and the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with standards like ISO 9001:2015.
  • Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs): Author, manage, and execute ITPs covering Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works, as well as Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (MEP/E&I) packages.
  • Commissioning Readiness: Oversee Inspection Test Records (ITRs) and evidence trails; ensure systems meet the strict documentation standards required before commissioning and Tier certification can start.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Raise, track, and drive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) through formal close-out.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Audit and monitor subcontractor workmanship, materials, welding, and documentation to ensure strict adherence to design specifications.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for client quality representatives, conduct milestone signoffs, FAT and report metrics to project leadership.
  • Handover & Turnover Packages: Compile, review, and deliver comprehensive quality dossiers and completion records prior to final project handover.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 to 15+ years in construction quality management (QA/QC), with proven delivery on data centres, or mission-critical projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation across CSA, mechanical, and electrical (MEP) construction processes, site testing, and welding inspection.
  • Certifications: Third-level qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Building Services; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is frequently preferred.
