Bim Coordinator

Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Bim Coordinator within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering team and be responsible for creating Bim Models and documentation for E-Houses, SKIDS and LV Switchgear. Job duties include:

  • Coordinate BIM models.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage model integration, federation, and version control throughout project lifecycle.
  • Oversee model setup, shared coordinates, levels, grids, and file organization.
  • Conduct clash detection using tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
  • Generate clash reports and coordinate resolution with design and construction teams.
  • Track and manage issues through coordination meetings and issue-tracking platforms.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in BIM Modeler, BIM Technician, or BIM Engineer.
  • Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar CDE platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Work to exceptionally high standards.
  • Working as part of a team.
