Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our modular construction projects. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour, and time.
- Negotiate contracts and work schedules.
- Manage the financial aspects of projects, including cost control and reporting.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
- Advise on procurement strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
