Expanding Our Footprint: Phase 3 Unveiled

2024 saw the completion of Phase 2 and the expansion of our joinery and steel manufacturing facilities. This ambitious project symbolises our commitment to meeting the growing demand for modular solutions. The new facility enhances our production capabilities and sets the stage for greater innovation and efficiency as we scale up to serve an even broader market.

We broke ground on Phase 3 of our expansion project in the summer and momentum gathered towards the end of the year as we had the steel erected before the holiday break.

Our facility expansion is a testament to KES Group’s dedication to innovation, growth, and delivering top-tier modular buildings that redefine modern construction. Businesses and homes are evolving, and so are the spaces needed. This year, we focused heavily on our modular office range, shipping several to Europe and the UK. These workspaces featured cutting-edge designs, sustainability-focused materials, and bespoke features like in-house manufactured kitchens and wall panels, this product is a testament to our focus on excellence and client-centricity.
