2023 – A Busy Year for KES Group
Where has the year gone? It felt like summer yesterday, now we are on the home straight for the Christmas break and preparing for what 2024 has in store.
How it Began
From the beginning of the year, we have been manufacturing our Integrated Modular Electrical Rooms, destined for the UK and Ireland and we were so proud to complete an 80-unit order in October. Our super-efficient team and off-site construction system allowed us to build and dispatch 4 units every week, meaning we could meet the deadline.
We also were the sponsors of The Bear Run charity event in April which saw 60 supercars grace the tarmac of KES Group factory, raising important funds for BUMBLEance Children’s National Ambulance Service.
Phase 2 Commenced
Another major event for KES Group in 2023 was the initiation of Phase 2 and the building of our new manufacturing facilities. The build started in July and much of the construction is now in its completion phase. We are excited to take KES Group to the next level as we become as self-sufficient as possible.
Phase 2 will be operational in early 2024 – keep your eyes peeled for its big reveal!
How we finished the year
Towards the end of the year, we had a modular school project, destined for Dublin and two international offices – Spain and Belgium to be precise. We had the chance to play around with the internal and external finishes on these and are delighted with the finished looks. These will be revealed in the new year. Our Phase 2 offices and outbuildings were also on the production line at the end of 2023, ready for the grand opening in 2024. This will be the perfect showroom for anyone considering a modular office – and it’s right on our doorstep!
In summary, it’s been an extremely busy year and it’s only going to get busier with the opening of Phase 2 and the launch of our brand-new product – a luxury, multi-module villa. Keep your eyes glued to our social media, you won’t want to miss this one.
