Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Project Cooordinator within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will manage all client communications related to the project and liaise with the Engineering/Design team to ensure the project runs smoothly, meets specifications and is delivered on time and within budget. Job duties include:
- Acting as single point of contact and coordinate with clients on all project related matters.
- Organising and leading client meetings, presentations and status updates.
- Managing client expectations by providing clear, timely information on schedules, deliverables, and changes.
- Collaborating closely with Electrical Engineering/Design, Production and field Services teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed.
- Tracking actual project costs against budgets and report variances.
- Mentoring and training junior Project Coodinator and Administration staff.
Skills and Experience
- A degree or HND / HNC in Engineering, project management or related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects from design through to installation.
- Health and Safety awareness.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Work to exceptionally high standards.
- Working as part of a team.
- A valid driving license.
