Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets.
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
- Organise promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A background in supervising teams is preferred, along with experience in sales management techniques.
