Job Description

  • Assisting in the production and assembly of modular buildings.
  • Working closely with other trades, which include welding, metalworking, steel erectors, joiners, cladders, mechanical and electrical.
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the manufacturing area.
  • Sweeping and tidying of the manufacturing area and yard.
  • Set up of materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • A good knowledge of working with tools and machinery.
  • Previous experience and qualification in using a Gantry Crane would be advantageous.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained.

Experience

  • Construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification

  • CSCS (required)
  • Driving Licence (required)
