Dennison JCB came to KES Group requiring a bespoke modular build office, with detailed specification, that could be tailored to suit their building requirements.

Project Details
KES Group were commissioned to deliver a modern, bright, energy-efficient building. That was designed to complement the strong branding and corporate identity that JCB pride themselves in.
With an accelerated modular build schedule, we were able to craft this building in our factory environment. Leaving virtually no disruption for the client on-site. One challenge was the link to the client’s existing sales office- this was completed seamlessly by our team, with the old flowing into the new perfectly.
Dennisons wanted us to create a light airy space for their employees to enjoy. To facilitate this, we used extensive areas of glass both externally and internally to create space and open up the office area.
JCB has been a brand long associated with quality and technology- this is something that the Dennison team wanted to reflect in their new building. In this design a build scheme, we developed a bespoke coffee dock area with integrated dishwasher, sink and boiling water tap that doubled as a breakout area where clients could have a chat in a relaxed area. Flooring and wall finishes were to JCB standards- reflecting strong brand identity. Flowing spaces was a recurring theme in the building with glass doors to the modern highly glazed boardroom and private offices.
Large areas of glass can lead to excessive solar gains and overheating in the summertime. To combat this, we designed a state-of-the-art mechanical package with ultra-efficient air conditioning in every room.
This project was a turnkey solution for Dennisons that delivered a permanent structure with no fuss or disruption on site. And was a perfect showcase for modular construction and the benefits of entrusting your scheme to KES Group.
