Our modular home salon is available in two options, ‘the shell only package’ and ‘the full turnkey package’:
Our shell only option includes:
- Complete external building finish including UPVC double glazed windows and doors
- Internal walls, ceilings, doors, vinyl floors and joinery package
- Basic Electrical package including lighting and power
- First fix mechanical package
- Finished walls & ceilings with one colour paint finish
Full turnkey option includes the above plus:
- Fitted kitchen of choice including integrated microwave and fridge
- Company signage (optional)
- Choice of floor finishes
- Washbasin unit with attached chair of choice
- Styling unit of choice including chair
- Upgraded electrical package
- Bathroom package, wash hand basin and toilet (Floor plan can be re-arranged to suit this)
- Full mechanical package including air conditioning heating and cooling system
- Upgraded joinery package
- Wall and ceiling colour choice
The attached floor plan is a 6x4m unit. However, this can be altered to suit your exact requirements. There is no limit on the size or specification of our SmartBuild modular units, therefore, we can design you a completely unique building that will compliment your business.
