Following our success in the renewable sector. KES Group has expanded its remit to with the introduction of ‘SmartBuild.’. In other words, SmartBuild is state of the art modular buildings crafted in a controlled environment. With millimetre tolerances and exacting specification. After drawing major interest from the contemporary design of our Energi Cabin range. We saw a demand for relocatable buildings that can be the solution to many space problems. To conclude, our main focus is to design bespoke, premium-quality buildings, of any size to satisfy almost any application, site or design. In addition, the factory based construction allows for reduced site time with a fraction of the typical site disruptions.

Energi & SmartBuild Division

Our renowned “Energi” Division continues to be the Ireland’s Superior Renewable Energy Specialist. KES Group dominating the Solar PV market with over 5500 installations in Northern Ireland alone. In recent years’ entry into the biomass market has led us to become significant players in the market.  With several significant contracts secured in all sectors 2017 has had a bright start for our “Energi” Division.

For instance, SmartBuild eliminates all factors which will delay a build project. Weather delays, programming issues or skill shortages are eliminated hence buildings being completed on time and on budget. To accommodate our new stream in the business we have expanded our premises with the opening of our manufacturing facility and offices in Omagh. We have also kept open our head office in Drumquin and regional sub office in Dublin. With several high profile orders already in the pipeline our “Smartbuild” brand is destined to be at the forefront of the commercial modular market.

Our M&E contracting division continues to complete prestigious contracts in many sectors with several showcase projects ongoing.
