1. Get in Touch to Get Started

Don’t feel that your project will be limited to what you see here – all of our units are built according to your bespoke requirements.
Once you’ve had a look and a think about your requirements, reach out to a member of our sales team who will get the ball rolling on your project.
2. Organise Your Free Consultation
Once you’ve got in contact with KES Group, a member of our team will reach out to organise your free consultation. During this stage we can arrange to discuss your requirements by telephone, email or by making an on-site visit to your premises.

KES Group has operated successfully throughout this difficult period and are available to take digital appointments wherever face-to-face appointments aren’t possible.
3. Decision Making & Design Fees
The next step in our process will involve a requirement for a design fee in the event that your building is bespoke. These costs will be dependent on the scale of the building. During this stage, we’ll also discuss the unique features of your building, identifying any key requirements that you may have.
4. Your Quote is Issued
Once the customer is satisfied with their concept design (including a front elevation and floor plan), a quote will be issued.
5. You Pay a Deposit
At this stage, our client will pay the first deposit. This entitles the customer to a full suite of detailed drawings, which includes floor plans, front, rear and side elevations, electrical and mechanical layouts, and foundation plans. Once your deposit is processed, we get to work on bringing your modular construction project to life!
6. We Begin Your Design Meetings
Once you’ve paid your deposit, we invite you to our Strabane-based HQ for a personalised design meeting. During your design meeting, you can make all of your choices of finishes; from kitchen fit out, floor choice, paint and doors through to exterior cladding, windows, doors and tiles (including any aspects which may be included in your quotation).
Your design meeting is a great opportunity to opt for some exciting extra add-ons and features. Our team will be on-hand to make expert, informed recommendations.
7. Sign Off Your Design & Pay Next Instalment
After you sign off your detailed pack, you will then pay the next instalment of the contract. This payment allows us to begin the build process, covering procurement (which is all the materials required for the project to commence). At this stage a detailed program is provided, detailing all stages of the build, from the superstructure right through to first fix electrical and then finally delivery and handover.
8. We Take Your Next Payment
Two weeks prior to delivery we then require the next instalment of the contract value. At this stage, the contact will be almost fully paid off and you will be getting ready to move into their brand-new build.
We’re ready to approach the end of your project. The keys to your modular building will soon be in your hands!
9. Delivery, Handover & Clearing of Final Balance
Finally, on delivery & handover the final balance remaining on the contract will be paid off. This is paid after snag lists are made and you are happy with your building (please note – the variation list must be paid prior to the building leaving KES Group).
Once this is complete, you’ll be handed a shiny set of keys to your brand new building! This completes the process, with you moving into your new dream home or office space.
