Our SmartBuild division is delighted to announce that they have been awarded a contract with Burnhead Rural Services to construct a 24m2 modular office building space. In addition, Burnhead Rural Services is a family run business. Providing professional agricultural consultancy and administration services to the rural communities of Northern Ireland. Burnhead Rural Services came to KES Group enquiring about modular office building space to house their staff as their current set up is no longer feasible.
KES Group will design and construct a 24m2 modular office space. Branded and kitted out with a full electrical and mechanical package. This will mean that the building will be delivered ready for occupancy. This construction method is extremely convenient for Burnhead Rural Services. As it is constructed offsite therefore it will not affect the day to day running of the business. For instance, Offsite construction refers to the completion of elements of a construction project at a different location from where it will be installed. As a result, the planning, design and build of the project is conducted under controlled conditions. The project is then transported to site before installation, in this case – Burnhead Rural Services headquaters.
