New Contract awarded for Birches & Coagh Primary Schools

KES Group has experienced exponential growth over the past few months. We’ve brought several major projects to life and are excited to keep the momentum going with a brand-new contract announcement!

After a competitive tendering process, KES Group is proud to announce its appointment as the main contractor for Birches Primary School in Craigavon and Coagh Primary School in Coagh. Now that the projects are underway, we’re excited to demonstrate how modular construction can truly transform educational settings.

Our team has successfully kicked off both projects at our state-of-the-art facilities in Strabane, Co. Tyrone, which span 40,000 sq ft and house some of the industry’s most cutting-edge technology. Meanwhile, everything is taking place onsite at KES Group, with all components being assembled at our premises. Additionally, our engineers, architects, and outfitters will complete 90% of the work on-site. Finally, the remaining 10% involves transporting and installing components at the school, all while ensuring no disruption to its activities.

As a result, we’re thrilled to apply our skills and expertise to two central local projects.
