What is a SmartBuild Garden Annexe?

SmartBuild’s garden annexe is a new state of the art prefabricated modular building designed for additional accommodation in your garden. The annexe is designed and constructed offsite before being delivered to site ready for occupancy.

The SmartBuild garden annexe usually consists of an open plan kitchen and living area, bedroom(s) and bathroom. However, as SmartBuild offers a design service, we can design and construct a custom-made building to suit your exact requirements. Not only that, but we offer additional services that will make your experience working with KES Group completely seamless. For example, we can provide the foundations, delivery and landscaping of your build. This will mean every aspect of the building will be covered by KES Group which will eliminate any hassle or time delays in the completion of your garden annexe.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”2080″][vc_column_text]The above floor plan is a 44m2 modular building that is 8metres in length and 5.5metres in width. This annexe is ideal to comfortably accommodate a small family or an elderly couple.

This building is completed to a full turn key specification which includes:

  • A full mechanical package including choice of radiators & Combi boiler
  • Upgraded electrical package
  • Joinery package
  • Kitchen package including basic appliances
  • Bathroom package including toilet, shower, and hand basin
  • Glazing package includes all windows and doors of choice
  • Paint colour of choice
  • Exterior finish of choice

However, as an alternative we offer all our smart buildings as a shell only package. In other words, we can supply you an empty unit for you to fit out yourself. However, it does defeat the purpose of SmartBuilds project managed service.
