These are the financial schemes currently in place:
- Weekly and monthly financial bonus opportunities for complying with all company policies.
- Refer-a-friend scheme, which is used to encourage members of the team to assist on the recruitment process at KES Group. Employees can receive £200 for encouraging a friend to join the team. Employees will be rewarded this cash sum, a month following an employment at KES. This will be recorded on employees introduction form whereby they will state the member of staff which encouraged them to apply for the post.
- Employee of the month rewards a member of the team for their hard work, dedication and attitude during the previous month. This is voted upon by management on a monthly basis. This scheme is designed to encourage employees to work harder, show up to work with a positive, dedicated attitude and produce high quality workmanship.
- Finally, we can’t forget about KES royalty… Miss ROXI, who joins us weekly to keep us all in line and steal the contents of the bin. ROXI is our very own Rottweiler puppy who joins us regularly to keep us all on our toes. She’s yet to get the hang of social distancing, so bare with us whilst we finish up her pandemic puppy training.
